This addition and renovation to an existing log cabin on the west shores of Swan Lake took a dark, cold cabin and opened it up to the outstanding views and daylight. A new entry and addition to the back allows for views upon entering the front door and created a roomy, vaulted living space. The original log structure was retained wherever possible to preserve the character of the home. The mix of wavy board and board and batten siding complement the existing rustic finishes.  |
