The owners of this Swan River site named “Rippling Waters Retreat”, purchased two small, older homes on a beautiful riverside setting. The footprint and exterior walls of one home was preserved and the inside gutted to accommodate a new floor plan. The second home, beyond salvage, was removed to make way for a new guest home. Both living areas are situated to take full advantage of the Swan River and Swan Mountain range views. The owner’s priorities included a “cozy” interior feel with simple cabin-like exterior and a detached garage with additional living space for extra visitors. |
